A conference on the topic of dance (mediation) in social spaces, focusing on the district of Spandau. The aim of the meeting is to promote exchange and networking among the participants and to engage in solution-oriented discussions in smaller working groups based on the following questions:
How can the transfer of knowledge between districts and initiatives be beneficial?
What structures are needed to develop dance programs with social organizations that are accessible and how are they made visible?
What structures in the fields of physical activity and health already exist in Spandau and how can they be supported by or linked up with dance programs?
And how can dance mediators and actors in community dance contribute to existing structures and be strengthened by existing urban-practice networks?
The meeting is aimed at actors in dance mediation from all over Berlin, social organizations and initiatives for movement and dance, as well as decision-makers in politics and administration.
The event will be held in German and will be translated into English if required.
There will be tea, coffee and snacks.
